Product information
The Swarnalok note is a collectible souvenir with embedded gold elements, not legal tender. The stated 0.1 gram describes the gold content, not the complete note or packed parcel weight. The selected presentation and included items are shown before purchase. Lighting and screens may affect appearance; this does not excuse goods that differ materially from their description. A concept image is identified as such. We do not promise investment returns, resale value or a buyback.
Price and payment
Prices are in INR. Applicable taxes are reflected in the checkout total; the checkout shows the selected goods, discount, delivery charge and final total before payment. No optional service is added without your choice. Payments are handled by Razorpay; an order receipt is not itself a GST tax invoice. Payment confirmation and order acceptance are separate from a courier booking. If a verified payment cannot be fulfilled, the team will contact you about an appropriate resolution or refund.
Offers
Published offer conditions specify the discount, actual validity period, quantity limit and any customer eligibility restriction. A discounted-unit allocation is separate from physical stock. A countdown or stock statement must reflect the real offer and available allocation; it must not invent scarcity. IP restrictions can affect customers sharing a network. Promo codes replace the automatic offer and do not stack. Checkout rechecks the price and eligibility before payment; an expired payment reservation requires a fresh checkout. Changes to an offer do not remove rights attached to an accepted order.
Delivery and cancellation
Checkout supports serviceable Indian destinations. The delivery charge and estimated window appear before payment. Give accurate delivery details and contact us promptly to correct an address. Request cancellation before dispatch; the team will check fulfilment status and confirm the outcome. We will not impose a consumer cancellation charge unless an equivalent charge applies when we cancel unilaterally. Returns and refunds follow the separate policy; statutory remedies remain available for defective, incorrect, misdescribed or unjustifiably late deliveries.
Use and intellectual property
Purchasers must be adults legally able to contract. Do not submit false details, misuse private order links or attempt unauthorised access. Swarnalok's authorised brand content remains the property of its respective owners. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and applicable law
Grievance officer: Rishi Srinivasan, Grievance Officer. Email: info@swarnalok.in. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month of receipt. Indian law applies. A Mumbai jurisdiction clause does not restrict a consumer's lawful access to a competent consumer commission or other mandatory remedy. Contact details and the policy version applying to an accepted order must remain available.
